We can start our journey together with a Zoom call to provide the perfect opportunity for us to connect. It is essential for us to hear your story and vision for your special day. By getting to know you on a more personal level, we can capture the true essence of your love.

We are honored that you have chosen NovaPix to capture the special moments of your wedding day. By offering online booking, our goal is to provide a process both convenient and seamless for our couples.

Engagement Photos
For your engagement photoshoot, we suggest to pick a location that truly reflects the connection you have with one another. Pick a place meaningful to both of you, and have these memories carry over into beautiful personalized touch for your save the dates.

Plan
By prioritizing communication and collaboration with our couples, we strive to create a personalized plan and timeline for your big day. We will work closely with you so that the detailed of your day are taken care of and captured through our lenses.

Wedding Day
We are excited to be a part of you joyous occasion from start to finish. It is truly an honor to witness the love and commitment between you and your best friend. We will capture every detail, from big to small, documenting it all for long lasting memories.

Receive your photos back
After your memorious day, we know you will be eager to see the beautiful photos that were taken. Our staff ensures that the editing process will take 2 - 3 months from your wedding date and, once your photographs are ready, you will receive notification that you online gallery is ready to view. From here, you are able to easily download, order, and share photos so that everyone can relive your special day with you.

Create your album
Share your favorite photos from the big day with us an we will carefully curate an album that tells a full story of your love and celebration. This timeless keepsake will be something that you can cherish as the years go by.

Can we set up a meeting?
After you have contacted us and we have confirmed that we are available for your date, we will set up a video chat to discuss your special day! We meet with couples on Monday through Thursday in the early afternoon or evening.

Do you have liability insurance?
Absolutely! If your venue requires us to send over our certificate of insurance, I can happily provide it.

Do you use a second photographer for wedding days?

How long does it take to receive our images?
How many do we get back?
For Engagement Sessions and Lifestyle Sessions, we aim to deliver your photos back within 1-2 weeks.
You usually get anywhere from 100 – 200 High Resolution edited photos back.
For Weddings, the final gallery is delivered to you within 8-12 weeks.
You usually get back around 800 – 1200* High Resolution edited images.

*Each wedding and photography session is unique so this number can vary.
They are super helpful on weddings that have over 100 guests, allowing us to cover more angles and be in more places at once! The main photographer will be photographing the bride getting ready and the second is photographing the groom. We only use second photographers that we know and trust.

How long is our online gallery active?
We keep your online gallery on the website for one year from the date of when your gallery was delivered. You can access and download your photos any time you like. We recommend downloading your full gallery for safe keeping on your own personal drives!

We are having a destination wedding. Do you travel?
Yes! We love destination weddings! When you inquire, let us know where your destination wedding is and we will see if we are available!

Have you photographed at my venue?
There is definitely a good chance I have! If I haven’t, I usually scout the location beforehand for the best spots and lighting, that way I am familiar with it leading up to your big day.

What if we require more coverage?
Every wedding is customized to suit the nature of your big day! We do provide options to extend coverage if needed.
